  1. Four Haitians is not a boatload unless they came in a canoe! and who to tell if it isn’t Jamaicans coming back to their place! does it cross one’s mind how much of the Haitian population are Jamaicans? who fled the whip shackles and chains from Jamaica to Haiti after learning Haiti freed themselves and establish a black republic? after quarantine, send them to “uptidy” let him put them up in his mansion on the hilltop! he has more than space! he can call it “humanitarian diplomacy” :ngakak or the authorities can hand them over to the “public servant oportunist power couple” who represents the parish! they can house them at their “clandestine real estate holdings” in that area! or reach out to the french consolate in kingston since thats the root cause of the problem to begin with! problem solved :travel
