Why have the package delivered all the way in Martin County Florida? Why not Fort Lauderdale where he lives.
Because Broward and Miami-Dade are considered “high” risk (high fraud) counties and required secondary screening for delivery of iPhones to these counties. So it is easier to order and shipped these (Sprint) Iphones in Martin County, especially when using fraudulent credit cards. This guy mistake was harassing the UPS Drivers, who are trained to identify potential drug trafficking operations using UPS. The cops was probably looking to arrest this guy for drugs, not iPhone. BTW,people have packages ship to a lot of unsuspecting address and the scammers/traffickers stake out the address waiting on the package to arrive.
