ZJ WAHWAH MISTAKEN FOR CONVICT

Former radio deejay Wahwa has been implicated in what could be considered the biggest blunder in television since 2016.

In an epic case of mistaken identity, a popular television station on Thursday reported that ZJ Wahwa was sentenced to 20 years in a US prison for scamming. However, this is not so.

Investigations by Music News reveal that the man who was sentenced to 20 years was not ZJ Wahwa but Sanjay Ashani Williams from a Montego Bay address.

On October 25 last year, Wah Wah, whose given name is Deon-ville O’Hara, pleaded guilty to telemarketing fraud at a hearing in a Federal Court in the United States.

Then in September, the former radio deejay is said to have taken a plea deal where over 25-persons were reportedly implicated in the dangerous lottery scam.

Wah Wah was arrested in Florida in May 2014 after law enforcement officials found 1-hundred-and-5 thousand US dollars in cash in his luggage.
