Age is just but a number, a 50 year old pharmacist from Austria has tied the knot at the AG’s Chambers with his new Kenyan husband who is 21 years younger.
Eva Horner, a divorcee, who speaks Dutch, German and a little English, married 29 year old, Juma Hamisi Kushondi, who dropped out of school in class one and she has no regrets.
While speaking to the media, Eva said that she had at long last got the man of her dreams after living a single life for 15 years from the day she divorced her husband. She fell in love with Hamisi at first sight at the Leopard Beach Hotel in November 2011 when she came to Kenya for holiday.
Their relationship matured and after three years they solemnized their vows. Before the magistrate, Dr Horner recited Hamisi’s vows on his behalf because he could hardly read.
The couple said that to them, age is nothing but true love and that is what they feel for each other.
