AMMON, Idaho (KBOI) A person is accused of taking photos of another woman while she was changing clothes inside a dressing room at a Target store in southeast Idaho.
The Bonnevile County Sheriff’s Office says 43-year-old Shauna Patricia Smith is in custody on a felony video voyeurism charge. On Monday, police say a woman saw someone taking pictures of her while she was inside a changing room at the Target in Ammon.
“The victim noticed the subject reaching over the wall of the changing room with a cell phone taking pictures,” police wrote in a news release.
The suspect ran out of the store after being confronted.
Police interviewed witnesses and watched video surveillance, which led them Smith, who identifies as a transgender woman. After being interviewed by detectives, police took Smith into custody on a charge of felony video voyeurism.
Detectives are trying to determine whether there could be any additional victims.

Do you guys see how soon the Orlando shooter events died down once he was positively identified as a member of the gay community? As soon as him man come out come talk the things dem say him was living yhe lifestyle it was no longer an attact on “minority”. It was no longer an act of terror or some evil person targeting the trans community. It was one of their own who felt betrayed by the very group he belonged to and identify with.
