Two persons were shot dead in Elgin Town, Hanover on Wednesday night.
RJR News understands that about 9:30, 45 year-old Carlene Glover and her son, 25 year-old Uton Cockett, otherwise called Bigga, were at his home in Binns Lane, Elgin Town when explosions were heard.
The police were called.
The bodies of Ms. Glover and her son were found inside their house.
A relative of the deceased was also shot and injured during the attack.
Thirty spent shells were found at the scene.
Investigators say Mr. Cockett was the leader of the One Link Criminal gang in Hanover and that an internal feud led to the attack.
He was out on bail on gun-related charges.
The cops are searching for two persons of interest – Jamar Johnson otherwise called Satan and Gavin Seaton, otherwise called Willow – in connection with the attack.
The men are being urged to surrender to the Lucea Criminal Investigations Branch or Area One by midday Friday.
