The man accused of murdering 14 year old Tianna Clarke in Brown’s Lane, St. James on February 17 has been charged.
Courtney Allen, 55, otherwise called ‘Zoo Bug’, a labourer of Granville Drive in St. James was charged with murder on Thursday following an ID parade.
He turned himself in to the police after being identified as a person of interest in Tiana’s killing.
Her body was found in an unfinished building in Brown’s Lane.
She had reportedly left home to go to a shop.
Community members later found her body, which had wounds to the head.
