A senior citizen was found murdered in St. Thomas Tuesday morning.
He has been identified as 84 year-old Nathaniel Cummings, of Danvers Pen in the parish.
Mr. Cummings’ body was found at his house about 7:15.
It is reported that it had several wounds to the back.
A 12 gauge shotgun cartridge was found outside his house.
Investigators are awaiting the results of a post mortem.
