The 17 year-old boy who was being sought in connection with a murder in Runaway Bay, St. Ann last week has been held and charged with murder.
The teenager has been linked to the death of 20 year-old Okar Campbell.
Mr. Campbell was stabbed on Friday in the community of Tripoli.
About 6:45 a.m. the two were picking ackees for sale when they reportedly got into a dispute.
It is alleged that the teenager used a knife to wound Mr. Campbell.
Mr. Campbell was pronounced dead at hospital.
The teenager reportedly fled the scene.
