ANOTHER LOTTERY SCAMMER GONE

Almost three years after being taken into custody, a St. Elizabeth man who is accused of being involved in the lottery scam on Tuesday pleaded guilty in the St. Elizabeth Circuit Court.

Damion Montaque of Northampton pleaded guilty to possession of identity information.

A social enquiry report is to be prepared in time for sentencing on April 11.

Mr. Montaque was taken into custody during an anti-lottery scamming operation in Northampton.

His house was searched and several lead sheets with personal information of individuals living in the United States were found.

Personal information of individuals living in the US was also found on a laptop computer.
