Woman dies after being struck by lightning
A woman died in St. Thomas on Sunday after being struck by lightning.
She has been identified as 33 year old Marsha Whyte of Works Yard, Port Morant in the parish.
It is reported that shortly after 3 p.m., Miss Whyte was catching water outside her house when she was struck by lightning.
She was pronounced dead at the Princess Margaret Hospital.
