An second appeal to Carmax director Ian Lyn is being made. by the JCF to come in for questioning Mr McLaughlin, head of the Fraud Squad spoke with reporters today , citing that,while they spoke to Mr Lyn’s lawyer, the case is more complicated than just speaking to his attorney, the JCF has questions only Mr. Lyn can answer. McLaughlin said that before they take steps to extradite Lyn from the U.S they are sending a second appeal requesting that he turn himself in.
I hear u cant extradite someone from the USA for that, only murder or terrorism unless our laws have changed, a lawyer told me that a while back
