Police in St Mary reportedly found a .38 revolver under a rock in Sandside district in the parish yesterday.
Reports from the Tower Isle police are that a team of officers conducted an operation in the community about 10:30 am, during which an open lot was searched and the firearm was found under a rock.
No one was arrested in relation to this seizure.
Investigations are still ongoing.
