NIGERIAN KING ENDS MARRIAGE TO JAMAICAN WIFE PUBLICLY

“This is to inform the general public, most especially friends and associates of the Oluwo of Iwoland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu I, that Ms Chanel Chin is an ex-queen of his majesty.

“This information is necessary for the attention of the general public to avoid representation on proxy or accordance of respect attached to the sacred stool of Oluwo to her.

“For personal irreconcilable differences, Chanel Chin ceased to be his Majesty’s queen.”

Met, the Jamaican woman who married the Nigerian king and became a Queen is now divorced. The man post up this embarrassing public notice letting everyone know that he was no longer married and that she can’t use title or conduct any business under the name. Bunch a low down tings. I think you posted her story here.

Seems like she could not handle the polygamy in the culture, and couldn’t deal with the cheatings and possibility of another legal wife. Although sources said he was married with two children when she met him, but that wife was pushed into the background when she came along, same knife stick sheep stick goat. Anyhow, the cultures are so different, you do not even speak the native language I do not know how one would survive such a deep cultural clash. I heard she had a child and I know Nigerian men like to hold on to the children after a divorce and worse this is a king’s child so maybe not even her child she will get to keep.

  1. This is messed up. I would see her posts on IG. They were in Canada a few weeks ago an appeared happy. I guess you never know with social media (Shrugs). I was hoping they would make despite the deep cultural differences, cause God knows Jamaican men as a group are no better.

  2. If she is a bonafide Jamaican woman, that child might not be for the king. Maybe she gave the King a Jacket that is why he divorced her and did so publicly. 😀

  3. sender it’s quite normal in some cultures to publicly announce divorce or intent to divorce one’s spouse. maybe it’s their culture? People of the same culture divorce everyday so I don’t see why you making their differences all about culture for your information I know Nigerian and Jamaican couples that are happily married. every marriage has problems and ofcourse their will be wranglings when children are involved but, there is nothing special about this divorce lol

  4. Well being that he is a king I think it’s quite normal since he hold a public office
I think he would have to make a statement
The life of high profile people and dignitaries
