Tesha Miller, the alleged leader of the Clansman gang has been charged with murder and accessory to murder.
His attorney Bert Samuels told RJR News he was charged following a question and answer session with police.
He is scheduled to appear in the Half Way Tree Court on November 9, 2018.
Tesha Miller was held on Monday by a team from the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC) at a plaza in St. Andrew.
Another man and a woman were also detained.
A parish judge had given the police until 9:30 Friday morning to charge or release Mr. Miller.
