JAMAICA GOVT TO TAKE DORMANT FUNDS

Under law, the Jamaican government reserves the right to access funds from dormant account after fifteen years. It is said that there is over 50billion JMD in accounts that are considered dormant. The funds from the accounts will be used to finance small businesses .

    1. They are not going to make it easy for you to find out because they want to keep that $50 Billion to use as they please. I’m sure it more than that, with the banking personnel siphoning off the money.

  1. Why not use that fund pay off the Chinese so we can less in debt to dem..? Why fund small businesses when u ago tax dem back 2 times and force dem into more poverty….Set a headless chickens ina parliament.

  2. Is this for real? Can there be a law for this…. Guess this explains some of the areas of the budget debates to come.
