CLANSMAN KILL TWO PEOPLE IN SPANISH TOWN

Detectives believe the internal feud between members of the Clansman gang led to Friday morning’s double murder in Hopedale, Spanish Town, St. Catherine. The bullet riddled bodies of 32 year-old Christopher Chambers, otherwise called Foota and Sashauna Small, a resident of Central Village were found at a house. Investigators say Mr. Chambers was aligned to the Andre Blackman Bryan faction of the Clansman gang, which is in a deadly feud with men aligned to the other alleged leader of the gang, Tesha Miller. Shortly after 4 a.m., residents of Hopedale heard gunshots and called the police. The bodies were found following a search. This is the first murder in the St. Catherine North Police Division since the State of Emergency was lifted on Wednesday.
