PASTORS SELLING FALSE HOPE

Dear Met,Metters and Peepers,

I recently saw this article in the Jamaican Star and I had instant flashbacks of my time spent in that “church”.The article has the real possibility of influencing persons to go out in droves and spend/give what they don’t have to have similar good fortune as outlined therein. My conscience won’t allow me not to warn my people.

I was in that church hearing a woman testify about how she didn’t had any money to buy food for her and the kids. She decided to come to the 5pm service and asked for help from the pastor but all he did was pray for her and told her to have faith in miracles. Well Met after she shake up her body and the church said amen, she explained why she was there at the 7:30pm service. Apparently on her way home she found $5000 and Met the rail up and hallelujah at that announcement momentarily deaf mi.I did make out the Pastor telling her to sow her seed in gratitude to God and would you believe is $4000 the lady hand over.I listened in utter disbelief as the Pastor explain why the more you give the bigger your blessings. The lady had leave herself with just $1grand for she n her kids who with no disrespect, I presume were all hungry!

It was in the newspaper so u can Google and see why the new Kingston branch of the “church” closed down. The pastor took the man money and promise the anointment will get him the big promotion. Yeah mon tell the man to go to his boss and demand his promotion in the name of Jesus! I swear I believe a so it go because I once heard a lady testify that she go a USA embassy and tell them she come for her visa and after the agents them laugh her to scorn, dem supervisor approved her to get
it.

In any case the man lose his work Met and him couldn’t help but go back to the church and chop up the Pastor. The church was right across from the police post but the man just do his thing and go turn himself in. At the end of the day the Bible did sey beware of false prophets and I think something bout many will come in my name!

  1. I should have went in church scamming cause is one of the biggest and mi can get ppl money quick by letting dem believe what the hell I want them to while letting them believe they will be saved…. gal woulda real rich yah now still…is a bentley mi see a pastor a drive wah day and him drive pass some hungry kids :maho mi naw look! mi neva see. Funny enough dem had to give ppl sumting fi believe in poor souls dont know how powerful we can be….. If you believe u were made from a god that did all this that means im also a very powerfull being.. every other move should be a bigger and better move. and it shall be.

  2. Belief kill and belief cure. The power is in the belief. If you believe in anything enough you will see miracles too. This is why the placebo effect exist. Yes, the average person knows that there is nothing supernatural about water in a plastic bottle, but those who want to see miracles will see it. The true scam is the church claiming the water is supernatural and not telling the ppl the power was in them all along.
