If what he said about the police officers is correct that is not legally right and those officers need to be removed from the force. The olice have a duty to follow up any complaint as soon as possible. It is not for the police to decide if a complaint is right. The courts decide that, and the police cannot tell someone to leave the station. I hope the Commanding officers have a look at how this complaint was handled.
