  1. Talk about finishing your other half’s sentence, But God is a healer, greatest physician and most importantly he hears and answers prayer. Shelton family PRAY UNCEASINGLY even when it’s not looking like your prayers are being answered PRAY ask God to answer your prayer so that his will can be manifested and magnified in your life. I feel like for the past 6 months I keep smh and asking what is MAN? Dust, dust that will fade away then WHAT??? Serve God, yes we fail but with a heart that longs n tries to serve him we can and will live forever with him. Hold strong mi bredda n PRAY

  2. Wow, this really touch me. Can you imagine all that you use to do and you can’t anymore, you have to get help. I really wish him n his family all the best and praying for a miracle for them. I tell u sickness can break people down in no time to vegetable state. I am glad he has a support system and people no matter what none of us are perfect so uno go easy with the past. He needs our support and let’s support him it don’t have to be monetary, we can pray for him.

  3. This brought me to tears. It is unbelievably sad when someone is healthy and sickness takes over the body. Beyond sad

  4. Thank God he has such a caring and supportive family. A virtuous woman is a blessing to a man, she is a black beauty. We often pray for financial blessings but money is nothing without our health. Lord please continue to bless and keep him, I pray for restored health for Louton.

  5. In all of this I am glad that Bobbette is there because I don’t see Rebecca being his support if the shoe was on her foot.

    1. ANY woman who is in love with their spouse will do as much and more. She is doing what her vows asked of her when she stood before God and man and said “I do”. She took her vows fully aware of what she was doing. Now, nobody on their wedding day truly thinks about what the bad times could really bring to them especially when they are still so young, but this is her reality now, so just best to get on with her life and deal with it.

At least he was smart enough to marry young, it was the best decision he made to take a wife instead of playing the field. It makes a huge difference to have a loving spouse when you are battling such a grave illness. Look at her sitting there having to interpret his words, neither of them in their season of bliss even thought such would be their future. He who finds a wife finds a good thing.

  6. Shouldn’t he have critical illness insurance as an athlete.? It saddens me to see this. Still very young and there is no known cure. Man, this is….., I am at a loss for words. SMH

  7. I watched the interview on TVJ the other night and I was in tears. All I know about this guy is what I’ve seen posted on JMG. It is such a sad situation, as I’m sure it is for anyone else who goes through it. Sickness is a helluva thing. It’s nice to have money but sometimes not even that can really help you. I really hope something works out for him.

On another note, there was mention of his kids in the TVJ interview and I think the kids were also present. I don’t remember exactly what was said but I remember thinking to myself that they didn’t seem to mention his kid with Rebecca and made it seem like he only has the kids with his wife.

Anyway, I’m really hoping that even some kind of experimental treatment works out for him.
