Former Young and the Restless star Victoria Rowell recently completed filming of her soap opera- The Rich and the Ruthless in Jamaica.
According the Gleaner newspaper, the actress, producer, and New York Times best-selling author met with Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Olivia Grange, to discuss her projects and initiatives in the island.
The Rich and the Ruthless is the first international multi-episode soap opera format to be filmed in Jamaica.
Powell is best know for her role in daytime soap opera Young and The Restless in which she played Drucilla Barber.
I admire this lady-never watched the young and restless, but Love her for facing her adversaries with her head up; most of all I love how she LOVES her link to Jamaica. I hope she is able to find her dad or his family to reach that completed state in this life time.
