BOY PUNCHED IN THE FACE BY GENDOR WHO THOUGHT HE TOLD POLICE ABOUT HER TOY GUNS

A 59-year-old vendor was brought before the court following allegations that she punched an 11-year-old boy repeatedly in his nose after police swooped down on her and seized her toy guns.

The court heard that the accused, Marcia Paisley, who sells outside the minor’s school, attacked him two days after her goods were seized, claiming that he was the one who had informed the police.

Paisley reportedly had an argument with the boy and punched him in his nose several times, causing a wound which bled, after someone told her that it was he who had informed the police about the toy guns.

However, last Wednesday when she appeared in court she pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning bodily harm.

The boy’s mother, however, complained to the court that since the incident occured last October her son has been having dizzy spells, headaches and nosebleeds.

She also told the court that he is to do a CT scan but she is unable to find the money for it.

Judge Crooks, after listening, asked both parties if they were willing to go to mediation and they agreed. As a result the case was sent to meditation and a return date was scheduled for May 4.

Paisley’s bail was extended.
