£10,000 reward offered in Headley pool party murder investigation
Detectives investigating the murder of a 34-year-old man at a pool party in Headley are now offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
Ricardo Hunter, also known as ‘forty’, was found dead in the garden of a property in Church Lane at around 2.30am on Monday 25 July 2016, following a private party at the address.
Mr Hunter was sadly declared dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination concluded the cause of death as a result of a gunshot wound.
Leading the investigation, Detective Chief Inspector Mike Ashcroft, said: “We continue to carry out extensive enquiries as part of the ongoing investigation and will leave no stone unturned to bring the offender/s to justice.
“Around 300 people attended the party that evening most of who travelled down from London. If you attended the party that evening and have not yet spoken to us please get in touch as soon as possible.
“Any information you have, no matter how insignificant you think it might be, could assist our investigation and help us get closure for the victim’s family.”
